About The Practice

The High Street Practice has been in existence since the early 19th century. We aim to provide a friendly, family practice, offering individualised care, whilst maintaining a high standard of modern medicine.

Location

We are situated just off the main Epping High Street, down a small alleyway opposite Prezzo’s Restaurant.

Catchment Area

The geographical boundary of the practice is that of CM16 which includes Epping, Theydon Bois and North Weald.

Joining the Practice

You may join the practice by attending with your NHS Medical Card and completing a form at reception. As part of the registration process you will be asked to attend for a short health check with one of our nurses. This needs to be completed before registration is finalised.
