Repeat prescriptions are issued to patients at the discretion of their GP. You can request your repeat prescription by any of the following ways:
- In person - hand your repeat slip in at reception with the required items clearly marked.
- By post - send it to us enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
- In postbox - There is a letter box adjacent to main surgery door where you can leave prescriptions when the surgery is closed.

Please do not request your repeat medication more than 5 working days before it is due as the computer system will reject requests made to early.
Requests for prescription by telephone cannot be accepted.
New Online Prescriptions System
There is a new online prescriptions system. If you have already registered for this service you can access it now via the link below. If you have not registered please visit the practice and collect the paperwork required for registration. You will need to bring in either a photo driving licence or passport for verification.
Order medication via the new SystmOne Online Prescription Service
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
