Advice and Support for Carers

Carers FIRST

It's estimated that there are over 145,000 people in Essex providing care for a relative or friend. Carers do an amazing job, and have a right to be supported. If you are a carer, you do not have to wait until you are struggling or facing a crisis before you ask for support.

Carers First work directly with and for unpaid carers to provide the personalised information, advice and support they need to help them in their caring role.

They’re here to make sure that no matter how complicated your query or your experience, you don’t have to care alone.
