  • A Mental Health Practitioner who is trained to assess and support patients with common mental health problems.

Social Prescribing Clinic

There is a Social Prescriber on site every Tuesday and Wednesday. Social Prescribers provide non-medical support to improve patient's health, wellbeing and social welfare.  Please click on the link below for more information.
